The complimentary breakfast is a nice perk 🥐 The room is spacious and comes with a tub for relaxing baths. Plus, it's conveniently close to the train station.

Attentiveness of staff, and cleanliness of room and property.

The location was just perfect. It was right of the expressway and within 2 blocks of our destination, a funeral. We were excited to see a Red Lobster in the parking lot! The staff was helpful, the room was very nice. Large King bed, small sofa, flat screen TV, refrig & microwave, plus free Wi-Fi! Definitely will stay again.

The room had a odd odor when we first entered. You kinda got used to it and the A/C helped.

The hotel is clean and fancy, with comfortable rooms and a great location near the airport. The staff is very pleasant, especially for platinum members. The rooms are newly furnished with modern amenities like couches, TVs, and soft mattresses. The facilities are nice too.

We were happy with our room. It was fairly quiet.

The stairs we used to get to our room were shabby and unkept. There was no security. We did not need our room card to use the back entrance.

Bed was comfortable.

Light in bathroom/shower flickered and smelled of smoke. I turn the light switch off and called the front desk. This about 1:30am. Maintenance guy came but could not or did not know what to do. Engineer guy came at 8:30am and changed the fluorescent light. I had asked if we could switch rooms when that happened in the early am but unfortunately the hotel we were told was fully booked. We had to sleep with the window open because of the electrical burn odor. (You would not want to post this. This is just fyi)

Great customer service here! All the staff was really helpful and awesome. They took care of any issues I had 👍.

It has a comfy and great location in Long Island. The hotel offers big size rooms with excellent beds and soft comfortable mattresses, for example. Every time in Ronkonkoma we stay in this venue.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly. The room was a big size and had great amenities like a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven.

The hotel is fairly clean. The employees are really helpful and absolutely courteous, especially for a platinum member. Good hot breakfast with a good choice of options to choose from. The location is really close to the fitness center and the Ronkonkoma and Patchogue train stations.

Cozy room setup with a nice sitting area, a handy desk for getting work done, and even an iron for wrinkled clothes. the bed was super comfy 😊. Service was solid all around, and bonus points for having parking available in the garage.

My favorite property in Ronkonkoma. A huge variety of outstanding options for meal. Early check in and late check out. By the way, parking fee - usd 12 per day.

Highly courteous and fairly friendly staff, especially for a platinum member. Good-sized and amazing rooms available with tub and a pull-out sofa. Warm breakfast options with Starbucks coffee and a nicely home-prepared meal.
